I hope everyone had a good Christmas and start of the year. ❤️
We enjoyed quiet holidays due to the pandemic. But I’m so grateful we made it to 2021.
I started the year with a broken phone. I got a new one on the 4th but haven’t figured out how to transfer my pictures and contacts lol. I never claimed to be tech savvy.
So, I’ve no family pictures to share at the moment but we’re doing well. I just wanted to pop in and say hi.
What are your goals this year?
I have my planner full of books and devotionals to read, but also writing goals. I hope to finally finish my manuscript by May ;). It’s a process that I couldn’t do without my critique partners and writing peers. And of course all the encouragement from friends and family :).
My word this year is Thrive. Last year I felt like I could barely survive. While grateful for my many blessings 2020 drained me physically, emotionally, and perhaps spiritually. Funny cuz last year my word was Joy. That puppy got vacuumed out of me constantly last year and at times it was a battle to remember where my Joy and Strength came from. Maybe Restore would’ve been a better word this year but I’m just ready to be on top of the mountain with my hands in the air. Thrive. I know with God I can push hard and rest in His pastures when I’m weary. So, ladies and gentlemen, I will Thrive this year. Do you pick a word or have a resolution?
I’m debating if to download the WordPress app to hopefully stay more connected but on the fence about it because of memory space. Anyone else use it? Pros/Cons?
Hope to hear from you. ❤️
Happy to hear from you.

I love the idea of choosing a word. 💞 I do hope this year you and yours will Thrive!
I love the WordPress app. I have become very familiar with it and do All of my posting in it. I can also easily switch back to “classic editor” which I prefer.
Take care,
Suzanne ☺️

Thank you so much! About the app does it take up extra room with uploaded images? And does it have extra features I can’t get online?

Thank you!
The WordPress app is easier access to the blog but I’m not sure if it has extra features. So far only one person says she uses it and likes it. I’ll let you know if I try it 🙂

Under the “My Sites” in “My” there’s an app link at the bottom.

It does take up extra room. On my tablet the data takes an extra 30 MB. I don’t think it has extra features. It’s just that you access them differently. Links are easy to add in but complete videos have to be added online. Happy to help!

Hi Jessy! I use the app to read and reply to blogs that I follow. I never feel comfortable writing a blog post with it; I need the feel of a full keyboard and screen. It is very handy for adding photos to your media library, though, or starting a quick draft post before an idea gets away from you.
