When we think of kindness, we might sometimes think a physical gift or aid in something. However sometimes just giving your time to someone can be a gift of kindness.
I read a lot and have probably reached out to less than 10% of the authors who have blown my mind away. I think all but one have been courteous enough in replying. However few have gone that extra mile of carrying on a conversation beyond books. Which was the case this past Friday with Joanna Davidson Politano. I had finished her book a couple of weeks ago and wanted to start all over again, yeah beyond a great read. I decided to search whatever books she had because, I was surprised I had never heard of her. Guess what? There were no other books because, the one was her first!! Such talent I had to let her know. Maybe she was on a high because her second book was released last week, or perhaps she is just a sweet heart! Whatever the cause we talked about our marriages and children. I mean I was over the moon and in such a great mood the rest of the day lol! So yes just giving someone the extra attention at the store, church, or anywhere you go can be an act of kindness. You never know who needs a smile ☺. And this was more than a paragraph lol.
I nominate:
http://revolutionarymusings.wordpress.com/ who always tries to look at things in a positive way.
http://daradgamer.wordpress.com/ who always has inspiring and motivating quotes
https://worrylessjourney.com/ who makes smile and ponder with her creative writing
https://awakeningwildflower.com/ whom I admire greatly for outlook at life even with the tough road she has endured.
http://angiedokos.wordpress.com/ my book buddy who write great reviews and I believe has written a couple of books that I have not had the pleasure of reading yet:)
Congratulations Jessy! Yes, giving of one times is an act of kindness. It is our most valued commodity we have. And we should use it to brighten others days 🙂

I think this is the first time I found this tag and it’s heartwarming. Just a random kindness can turn my mood! That was a pretty long paragraph though 😁

PTL! Congrats on your Random Acts of Kindness Award, Jess! Giving of one’s time is most certainly an act of kindness. God loves you enough to give you His time any time you need Him or just wanna spend some time with Him… just because 🙂 ❤

It’s only while reading yours that I see it was meant to be only a paragraph long. Now I’m laughing in my head thinking about the many paragraphs I wrote. Haha
Thanks for sharing yours, and it’s so true. One might never know who needs just a second of our time to receive healing. Love indeed is spelt T.I.M.E.

Lol!!! Most of the posts I’ve read have been many paragraphs. Of course rules don’t say how short the paragraph has to be ;)!
